David Solano
Director of Finance and Administration
David Solano is a dedicated Bronxite with a robust background in finance, human resources, and project management. Holding both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the City University of New York – Herbert H. Lehman College, David brings a wealth of expertise in finance and nonprofit management. His tenure as an Experienced Senior Associate at BDO USA LLP involved delivering comprehensive financial services to nonprofit organizations, including grants management, fiscal infrastructure assessments, general accounting, and audit preparation. Previously, at Part of the Solution (POTS), he served as the Finance & Human Resource Manager, overseeing budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and HR functions and currently serves on their Junior Board. He is passionate about continuing to support the Bronx communities most in need. On the weekends David enjoys hiking the Hudson Highlands and exploring the city’s extensive network of bike paths
